It's been a minute! Hope you're all doing well. Sorry for the long wait but I'm finally in a better place mentally and physically to start creating again. However, I will only be doing pop-ups for now until I can find a permanent kitchen space again. If you happen to notice any commercial buildings for sale that would work for my Pâtisserie please let me know.

Soapy
Sophon Chhin (AKA "Soapy") is the owner and head pastry chef at S Squared Pâtisserie. S Squared is in reference to his two nephews, Soveren and Solas. Sophon has formally trained at Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil in Paris, France. He has also interned at several Pierre Hermé Pâtisseries. During his time in Paris, Sophon visited many Pâtisseries to experience their atmosphere and sample true Parisian desserts to develop a point of reference. After returning home, he is ready to embrace this opportunity and bring an authentic Parisian Pâtisserie to Winnipeg. Sophon is looking forward to serving high quality desserts to Winnipeggers with the goal of making people happy through his food.
